As a Finance Manager, you'll manage a team of 5-7 professionals, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies that support the company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of 5-7 Finance & Accounting professionals.
• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Develop and maintain accurate financial reports using SAP and other financial software.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Handle and resolve financial disputes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies that support the company's growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving financial strategies.
• Strong knowledge of financial software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in Financial Management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with flexibility and adaptability.
