In this role, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of our coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers. You will also be involved in troubleshooting any issues that may arise, ensuring minimal downtime for our cafes. This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for detail and a strong technical understanding of coffee machinery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and repair coffee equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of coffee machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with coffee equipment, minimizing downtime for the cafes.
• Clean and sanitize coffee equipment according to health and safety standards.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new coffee equipment.
• Monitor the performance of coffee equipment and report any issues to the management team.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in coffee technology and equipment.
• Provide technical support to the café staff on coffee equipment operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in coffee equipment maintenance and repair.
• Proven experience working with espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of coffee machinery.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
