📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages using our espresso machine, drip coffee maker, and specialty brewing equipment.
• Assist customers with ordering and ensure their drinks are made to their specifications.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register, following our point-of-sale system (Square).
• Clean and maintain the café area, ensuring it’s always welcoming and organized.
• Stock and organize our café supplies, including coffee beans, syrups, and pastries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests with a smile and addressing any concerns professionally.
• Assist in special events or promotions as needed, helping to create memorable experiences for our customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• No formal experience required—just a passion for coffee and a friendly demeanor!
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with our point-of-sale system (Square).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Enthusiasm for artisanal baking and café culture.
