📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Engage with clients and guests to understand their needs and preferences.
- Deliver personalized experiences that exceed client expectations.
- Assist in event planning and coordination, ensuring seamless execution.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, event planning, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
