📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily port operations, including vessel berthing, cargo handling, and equipment utilization.
• Coordinate with vessel operators, terminal managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient cargo handling.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to port operations.
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations and standards.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance port operations and service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in port operations, cargo handling, or a related field.
• Certification in port operations or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using port management software such as Portbase, Navisphere, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of international and local regulations and standards related to port operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with the logistics and maritime industry in Indonesia is a plus.
