People and Culture Specialist
ZonaKacamata is a leading eyewear retailer in Indonesia, known for its commitment to providing quality eyewear and exceptional customer service. As a People and Culture Specialist in Surabaya, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and employee experience. This position offers a competitive salary of Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per bulan.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and drive organizational growth. You will work closely with the management team to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable initiatives. By leveraging your expertise in HR and organizational development, you will create programs that align with ZonaKacamata's vision and values.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to improve morale and productivity.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and address concerns.
- Create and manage employee benefits and wellness programs.
- Collaborate with the management team to design and implement organizational development initiatives.
- Facilitate team-building activities and workshops to enhance team cohesion.
- Monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to the HR team on people and culture-related matters.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a People and Culture or HR role, preferably in a retail or service industry.
- Certification in HR management or organizational development is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR or Workday.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
