You will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platform, including Shopify, and ensuring that our online store is up-to-date with the latest products and promotions. You will also be responsible for processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

• Process and fulfill orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Manage customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support
• Collaborate with the digital marketing and sales teams to promote our products and services online
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices
• Assist in the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies to support business growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
