Apotek Adi Sembako is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who can help us maintain our high standards of service and food quality.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring that they are well-trained and motivated.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Manage a team of staff, ensuring that they are well-trained and motivated.

Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.

Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the restaurant operates profitably.

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

Ensure that all customer complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.

Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements.
