📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of success in sales and meeting targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
