📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with company standards and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective food supply.,Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth food service operations.,Monitor food costs and implement strategies to control expenses.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of leading kitchen teams and ensuring high-quality food service.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
