📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and monitor IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Backup and restore data to prevent loss and ensure business continuity.,Monitor and manage user access and permissions to ensure data security.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Proficiency in using IT support tools and software.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
