📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions taken.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and risk management.,Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
