🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of office management, administrative processes, and financial operations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices is a plus.
