📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
