📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations, including kitchen staff, inventory, and food costs.,Develop and implement menus that reflect the restaurant's culinary vision.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure profitability.,Stay updated with culinary trends and best practices to continuously improve the menu and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing a kitchen team and ensuring high-quality food preparation.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
