📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Oversee the performance of store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage store budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement store-specific initiatives and promotions.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that staff are trained and compliant.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.,Good understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
