📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Manage a team of accountants and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits for employees.,Monitor and control cash flow, bank reconciliations, and budgeting.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
