📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.,Qualify leads and schedule appointments with interested customers.,Follow up with leads to ensure they receive the information they need.,Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.,Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.,Collaborate with the sales team to support and assist with customer inquiries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong customer service orientation and sales acumen.,Friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
