In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for clear, concise, and accurate communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Develop and implement a technical writing style guide to ensure consistency across all documentation.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
