🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work, community development, or a related field.,Strong understanding of community needs and resources.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with program evaluation and impact assessment tools and techniques.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
