Conducting detailed quantity surveys and cost estimates for construction projects,Preparing accurate and comprehensive reports for project stakeholders,Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success,Using Cubit software to create and manage project schedules and budgets,Monitoring project progress and identifying potential cost overruns or delays,Maintaining accurate records of project expenses and materials,Providing expert advice on cost-saving measures and alternative solutions,Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation,Proven expertise in using Cubit software,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costing principles,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid driver's license and reliable transport🛠️ Keahlian
