📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
