📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.,Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu development and cost control.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food production.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.,Valid food handling certificate and health and safety compliance.
