📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of operations, including production, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals to achieve company goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations with other business functions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to operations to prevent disruptions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing operations and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using operational software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations relevant to operations.
