📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial reports to relevant authorities.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.,Strong knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Leadership and team management experience.
