📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department,Develop and implement departmental strategies,Manage and mentor a team of employees,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Coordinate with other departments to achieve company goals,Report to senior management on department performance,Identify and address departmental issues and challenges,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using office software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices,Knowledge of the industry and market trends
