As a Facilities Engineer, you'll be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our mechanical systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems including pumps, compressors, and HVAC systems.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they become critical.
• Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical system failures.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure that mechanical systems are running efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct energy audits and recommend energy-saving measures.
• Maintain and update mechanical system documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mechanical system performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities engineering or a related role.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems including pumps, compressors, and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel to different sites as needed.
