📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Waiter in managing the dining area and ensuring smooth operations.,Take orders from customers and deliver them accurately to the kitchen.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Train and mentor new staff members.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of food and beverage services.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and cash handling procedures.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
