📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.,Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed and that staff is trained and supervised effectively.,Monitor and maintain the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards.,Oversee the inventory management and ensure that all supplies are adequately stocked and used efficiently.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests.,Assist in the development and implementation of the hotel's budget and financial plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to the hospitality industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
