📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.,Develop and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual benefits for both parties.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.,Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
