📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for the roles.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements to attract the right candidates.
  • Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
